Warranty Policy

1. Overview

The Temperature Store warrants that all products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer and are specified on individual product pages or accompanying documentation.

This warranty applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unless otherwise stated, products supplied by Temperature Store are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Some products may carry longer manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the specific product listing or product documentation for details.

4. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty components

  • Failure under normal, intended use

6. Calibration

Where products are supplied with calibration certificates, the warranty does not guarantee ongoing calibration accuracy beyond the date of certification. Periodic recalibration is the responsibility of the customer in accordance with internal quality systems or compliance requirements.
